Olympic Torch Relay

Sense of Sound is delighted to announce that we are one of the major partners involved in the Olympic Torch Project which is being coordinated by the Southbank Centre and Sing Up.

The Southbank is producing a spectacular and energetic outdoor performance event welcoming the Olympic Torch to London’s Southbank Centre on its way to China for the Beijing Olympic Games 2008.
The torch will only be visiting two European cities on its way to Beijing, London and Paris, so we are particularly honoured to have been invited by the Southbank to be an integral part of the project.

Sense of Sound has been working with Liverpool and London primary schools who will together be performing a new piece of music written by Lemn Sissay and Laka D at this fantastic event which takes place at the Southbank Centre in London on April 6th.
